Community Guidelines

At Yari Talk, our goal is to build a safe, respectful, and friendly social calling platform. These Community Guidelines are designed to protect our users and hosts. By accessing and using our application, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

1. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a healthy social environment, we strictly prohibit the following behaviors on our platform:

• Harassment & Bullying: You may not engage in abusive behavior, slurs, targeted insults, or attempt to intimidate other users or hosts during calls.
• Abuse: Verbally abusive, vulgar, obscene, or highly explicit language during public interactions or call settings is prohibited.
• Threats: Threatening physical harm, death, sharing personal address details (doxxing), or extortion will be escalated immediately to legal authorities.
• Fraud & Scams: Offering fake services, requesting users to transfer cash directly, phishing for account details, or running financial manipulation schemes is strictly forbidden.
• Impersonation: You must not impersonate other hosts, users, admin staff, or popular figures to mislead or deceive people.
• Illegal Activity: Discussing, organizing, or promoting drug trafficking, human trade, child exploitation, terrorism, or other criminal acts on our voice channels is entirely banned.

2. Enforcement and Account Actions

Our moderation team actively reviews user flags, automatic fraud scores, and recorded audio reports to enforce compliance. Violating these guidelines will result in enforcement actions based on the severity of the offense:

• Temporary Suspension: Accounts flagged for minor, first-time conduct violations will be locked out for a period ranging from 24 hours to 7 days. Remaining wallet balances will be temporarily frozen.
• Permanent Ban: Repeat offenders or users engaged in critical violations (e.g. severe fraud, threats of violence, illegal acts) will face immediate permanent account deletion.
• Wallet Forfeiture: If your account is banned permanently due to fraudulent activities or serious guideline breaches, any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited and cannot be claimed.
