Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Yari Talk. We want to ensure you have a transparent experience while using our wallet and calling system. Please review our policies regarding recharges, cancellations, and refunds below.

1. Non-Refundable Wallet Recharges

Yari Talk uses a digital in-app wallet to facilitate voice calls on the platform.

• All wallet recharges are final and generally non-refundable.
• Recharged credits cannot be converted back to cash, bank balance, or transferred out to third-party accounts once the payment has been completed.
• Before executing a recharge transaction, please make sure you understand that the credits are exclusively meant for in-app call duration consumption.

2. Duplicate Transactions

In case you were charged twice for a single transaction due to technical network lags:

• If you have processed duplicate payments, please report the transaction IDs to our support team within 7 business days.
• Upon verification of duplicate charges on our payment merchant dashboards, the extra charged amount will be refunded back to your original payment source.

3. Failed Payments & Automatic Reconciliation

Sometimes, a transaction might fail at the bank's end while your account is debited:

• These transactions are automatically recognized by our payment gateway systems.
• If the payment is verified as failed on our end but money was deducted, the funds will be automatically reconciled. The balance will either be credited to your Yari Talk wallet or refunded back to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Wallet Deductions during Call Drops

If a call drops due to network connectivity issues: We only charge for active call seconds completed. In the rare event of billing mismatches during unexpected server maintenance, our system will review and credit back any erroneously deducted minutes to your wallet.
